54. INTERNAL DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARBOR E&T, LLC DBA EQUUS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS Approve an Internal Data Sharing Agreement “Agreement” between Arbor E&T, LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions (“EWS”) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the County to authorize EWS to access Arizona Department of Economic Security (“AZDES”) database systems. EWS is a Maricopa County Youth Services and One-Stop Operator Contractor and is responsible for conducting Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) activities. EWS must access DES’ Arizona Job Connection (AJC) and Unemployment Compensation (UI) databases to complete case management and report performance measures as required by WIOA funding. DES maintains database systems that must be accessed for WIOA reporting. DES has approved this Internal Data Sharing Agreement. Approval of this Agreement will ensure Maricopa County remains contract compliant. The County and DES will enter int a separate Data Sharing Agreement for access to the database systems listed above and must include EWS in the Agreement as an additional database systems user. The term of this Agreement is effective upon approval and signature by both parties and will remain in effect for five (5) years. Supervisory District: All (C-22-24-082-X-00)
