67. DISPOSITION OF HEAD START PROGRAM IT EQUIPMENT Request authorization to dispose of the assets listed on the Maricopa County Human Services Department Asset Inventory list. The Department will have items picked up and disposed of through the County’s Surplus Disposition process. Items were acquired utilizing funds provided through U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS) grants. The items for disposition are no longer useable and require repairs that exceed the costs of the items. Disposition of items include Hatch Learning System Smartboards, Interactive White boards and Computer Servers. Approval of this action will allow the disposition of the assets and will result in a net decrease in the Human Services Department Asset Inventory list. The Human Services Department submitted a request to the Office of Head Start through the TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY REPORT Disposition Request/Report SF-428-C and received approval on October 15, 2024, to dispose of the listed property.
