96. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR HOMELESS SERVICES Approve a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) between the City of Phoenix (City or Subrecipient) and Maricopa County (County) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is to expand homeless services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and establish temporary transitional and permanent supportive senior housing in the City of Phoenix. The County shall provide the City with $7,500,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) under the Assistance Listing Number 21.027, provided to the County by the US Department of Treasury. The term of this Agreement is from December 11, 2024, through December 31, 2026. Also request authorization for the Chairman to review and execute Administrative Change Orders upon the recommendation of the Human Services Director and Legal Counsel as identified in Section 5.0 (Administrative Change Orders). 85. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR HOMELESS SERVICES Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Phoenix (City or Subrecipient) and Maricopa County (County) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is to expand homeless services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and establish temporary transitional and permanent supportive senior housing in the City of Phoenix. The County provided the City with $7,500,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) under the Assistance Listing Number 21.027, provided to the County by the US Department of Treasury. The term of this Agreement is from December 11, 2024, through December 31, 2026. The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to address the following: 1. Revise Exhibit B - Statement of Work – Senior Bridge, Paragraph 2.0 OBJECTIVE, to replace subparagraph 2.2 in its entirety and replace with new language detailing age and median income requirements. 2. Revise Exhibit B – Statement of Work of Work - -Senior Bridge, Paragraph 3.0 Service Deliverable, to replace subparagraphs 3.1 and 3.2 in their entirety and replace with new language outlining number of affordable rental units that are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodating.
