80. IGA WITH CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Tolleson (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is to support the City of Tolleson’s Redevelopment Area which has a predominantly lower-income community and a prevalence of older single-family homes in substandard conditions. The project will support decent housing and a suitable living environment for its residents. The Subrecipient shall provide the services identified in the Scope of Work. These activities meet CDBG program’s National Objectives as defined in 24 CFR § 570.208. The County will provide the Subrecipient with $425,000 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year/Fiscal Year 2025/2026 (PY/FY 25/26) funds under Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.218. The term of this Agreement is November 1, 2025, through November 1, 2027. Supervisory District: 5 (C-22-26-019-X-00)
