81. IGA WITH TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Town of Wickenburg (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County the (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Subrecipient to improve water quality and fire flow for an identified residential neighborhood in the Town of Wickenburg, as well as increase the ADA accessibility and compliance for the nearby roads, curbs, and ramps for impacted residential properties. The Subrecipient shall provide the services identified in the Agreement Scope of Work. These activities meet CDBG program’s National Objectives as defined in 24 CFR § 570.208. The County will provide the Subrecipient with $340,000 in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year/Fiscal Year 2025/2026 (PY/FY 25/26) funds under Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 14.218. The term of this Agreement is effective November 1, 2025, through November 1, 2027. Supervisory District: 4 (C-22-26-021-X-00)
