73. THREE-YEAR COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS (Supervisorial District: 2) Approve the Three-Year Cooperation Agreement with the Town of Fountain Hills. The purpose of the Three-Year Cooperative Agreements is confirmation that Fountain Hills will continue to participate in the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and other HUD related programs for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029 (Federal Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029).
