21. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH 1837 PROPERTY, LLC Approve and execute Amendment No. 11 to Lease Agreement L-7171 with 1837 Property, LLC for County’s continued use of 8,998 square feet of office and court space for the North Mesa Justice Court at 1837 S. Mesa Drive, Mesa, AZ. This amendment extends the term of the Agreement sixteen (16) months at the rental rate of $23.50 per square foot. The lease term extension will begin on March 1, 2022 and expire on June 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice. Lessee’s notice address is updated, as amended. (C-24-04-001-4-05)
