26. EXCEPTION TO TECHNOLOGY FINANCE PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF SERVER Approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) to allow the Justice Courts to purchase a server through a one-time expenditure of funds in the Justice Court Judicial Enhancement Fund (204). The total cost is estimated not-to-exceed $40,000.00. Justice Courts recently entered into an agreement with Superior Court to fund the purchase of a server for the Justice Courts eFiling project. The goal of this project is to implement electronic filing of court documents within the Justice Courts to interface technology platforms between the Administrative Office of the Courts, Justice Courts and Court Technology Services.
