12. ACCEPT FUNDS FROM STATE OF ARIZONA ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS Approve the acceptance of funds appropriated by the State legislature through the Administrative Office of the Courts in accordance with Administrative Order 2009-68. The funds appropriated to the Administrative Office of the Courts by Laws 2008, Ch. 286, Section 35, are provided in accordance with Administrative Order 2009-68 that authorizes the Administrative Director to allocate the funds to local courts. The funding to be received in FY 2009-10 by the Maricopa County Justice Courts is expected to not exceed $1,500,000. (C-24-10-008-M-00)
