12. EXCEPTION TO TECHNOLOGY FINANCE PROGRAM FOR THE PURCHASE OF JUSTICE COURTS SERVERS, STORAGE EQUIPMENT AND CONSULTING Approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) to allow the Justice Courts to proceed with the purchase of servers\storage equipment and consulting through a onetime expenditure from fund balance in the Justice Courts Local Judicial Enhancement Fund (204). The total cost is estimated not to exceed $130,000. In addition, per A.R.S. 42-17106, transfer FY 2009-10 expenditure appropriation of $130,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Justice Courts (240) Justice Courts Local Judicial Enhancement Fund (204) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will support the Justice Courts replacement of obsolete servers and storage equipment. This authorization is required to complete the onetime purchase of the servers\storage equipment from the Justice courts Local JCEF Fund (204). This servers\storage equipment will not be part of the Technology Finance Program (TFP), with no automatic replacement from the General Fund (100) at the end of its useful life. (C-24-10-009-M-00)
