21. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY THROUGH THE JUSTICE COURTS AND THE TOWN OF GILA BEND Approve a Intergovernmental Agreement between The Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County through the Justice Courts, for the purpose of providing common administration and operation of the Ironwood Justice Court and the Gila Bend Municipal Court. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013. Maricopa County provides funding and other resources so that Maricopa County Justice Courts adequately staff and operate a limited jurisdiction court, non-record court, named the Ironwood Justice Court in the corporate limits of the Town of Gila Bend. This agreement allows for common administration and operation of the Ironwood Justice Court and Gila Bend Municipal Court by the Maricopa County Justice Courts. (C-24-13-003-3-00)
