27. TERMINATION OF IGA WITH TOWN OF GILBERT Approve and execute Early Termination letter to terminate that certain Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County (Agreement we), dated September 11, 2013, as amended. Town of Gilbert owns the property located at 55 East Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, Arizona. Maricopa County utilizes approximately 1,793 square feet of building space on said property for a Justice Court Facility. The parties agree to terminate the Agreement on April 30, 2023. County’s final Facilities Use Fee payment will be for April 2023. This property is in Supervisor District 1. This is an agreement to terminate the IGA approved under C-24-14-001-3-02 .
