27. JUSTICE COURTS REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER THRESHOLD Per the Board approved FY 2015 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following request(s) over threshold: 1. Personal Services $3,139,688 (Operating expense, Fund 100, Priority #4)  Fully Fund Budgeted FTE’s Due to Reduction in Salary Savings  Increase to Temp Pay - On Call and ProTem Court Coverage  Increase to Overtime Pay – Improve Customer Service /Case Mgmt./Cash Handling 2. Supplies & Services $1,197, 480 aligns to FY 2013 Actual of $1,328,999 (Operating expense, Fund 100, Priority #4)  Increase in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) expenses - licensing, system maintenance  Increase in cost of goods and services (i.e. paper, p ens, office supplies)  Ergonomic Request – Unfunded County Initiative  Repairs & Maintenance - Enhance Customer Experience/Employee Ergonomics 3. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) $500,000 (Non-Recurring expense, Fund 100, Prio rity #4)  Initial Development of Phase II – Criminal and Misdemeanor Cases  Change System Environment – Host OnBase Application Additional funding improves the Justice Courts ability to provided mandated judicial services to court users s o they can obtain timely and economical justice within their community.
