28. ONE TIME CONTINGENCY REQUEST In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2014 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by an amount not-to-exceed $341,105; b) Increase the expenditure authority in the Justice Courts (240) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by an amount not-to-exceed $341,105. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Improved employee retention due to an increase in the justice clerk series market range has resulted in a lower than budgeted salary savings for the Justice Courts. (C-24-14-005-2-00)
