34. EARLY TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE Approve the early termination of Lease L-7456 and authorize the Clerk of the Board to process the Notice of Early Termination to City of Buckeye, Arizona, Lessor. The County is constructing the Southwest Regional Justice Center which will house several regional justice courts. The White Tank – Buckeye Justice Court, currently occupying leased premises at 21699 W. Yuma Road in Buckeye, will be relocating into the new Southwest Justice Center necessitating early termination of Lease L-7456. Section 3.1 of the Lease Agreement allows for early termination with 90-days written notice. Upon finalization, by Justice Court Administration, of the scheduled relocation date, the Clerk of the Board will, upon notice from Real Estate, process the early termination notice document to provide the Lessor with required 90-day written notice of early termination.
