17. APPOINTMENT OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE PRO TEMPORE FOR MARICOPA COUNTY JUSTICE COURTS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 22-121, approve the appointment of the following individuals and attorneys as Pro Tem Justice of the Peace for the period of April 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. The names presented are Pro Tem Justices of the Peace who applied for reappointment in CY16, in the Fall 2015 application cycle. Due to an administrative issue their reappointment package was not fully processed. This action is made for corrective purposes at the request and recommendation of the Presiding Justice of the Peace with the knowledge and support of the Justice Court Bench.
