36. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION FOR USE OF REGIONAL JUSTICE COURTS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Intergovernmental Agreement G-30189 (IGA) with the State of Arizona Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) for use of County Regional Court Centers (5) to provide public access to ServiceArizona computer kiosks for accessing MVD-affiliated services. The term of the IGA will commence upon execution by both Parties and expire five (5) years thereafter. The term may be extended for one (1) year (or greater) by written agreement. The County, through Justice Courts Administration, will be responsible for providing the internet routers and DSL lines that will connect the kiosks to the MVD system. Either Party may terminate the IGA for cause or convenience with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other. (C-24-17-001-3-00)
