21. IGA WITH TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK FOR THE USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement for the use of real property by and between Maricopa County and the Town of Queen Creek. This intergovernmental agreement (IGA) will allow the San Tan Justice Court to hold contested hearings in minor traffic cases one half-day per month within a Town of Queen Creek municipal building known as the Law Enforcement and Community Chambers building which is located at 20727 W. Civic Parkway in Queen Creek, Arizona. The term of the agreement is 10 years from the effective date which is the last date of the execution by signatories. There is also a one-time option to renew for a period of ten (10) years with the same terms and conditions. There is no budgetary impact associated with the Agreement as the use of municipal facilities owned by the Town of Queen Creek is provided at no cost to Maricopa County. (C-24-18-003-3-00)
