IGA WITH TOWN OF WICKENBURG Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Justice Courts and the Town of Wickenburg for operation and shared use of the Maricopa County Justice Court Video Appearance Center. The initial term of this IGA shall be for one (1) year with three (3) annual automatic renewals unless sooner terminated by either party pursuant to the provisions of this IGA.
