55. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO SERVICE LEASE WITH CENTRAL INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR COURT SPACE Approve an Administrative Correction to Agenda item C-24-98-010-4-04, dated December 19, 2007 for Lease No. L-7156 to confirm the five (5) year lease term and correct the lease termination date to read February 28, 2013. Both the Lessee’s and Lessor’s rights and obligation under Lease L-7156 will continue through February 28, 2013, unless the lease is terminated earlier as provided for in the agreement. 17. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CENTURY INVESTMENTS, LLC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 6 to lease No. L-7156 with Century Investments, LLC, an Arizona Limited Company, Lessor, for 7,578 square feet of Justice Court space at 9550 W. Van Buren Street, Tolleson, AZ, and authorize Real Estate Division staff to give the Lessor the required notice of County’s intent to renew. Amendment No. 6 will extend the term of the subject lease from February 29, 2016 through February 28, 2017 with one (1) remaining option to renew the lease agreement for one (1) additional one-year term. The annual rental rate during the one-year renewal term is $147,771.00 ($12,314.25 per month) plus rental tax. Either Party may terminate the lease with a ten (10) month written notice to the other. A subsequent 60-day written notice of intent to renew is required for the County to exercise its final renewal option. (C-24-98-010-4-07)
