24. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH J3 HARMON, LLC Approve and execute Amendment No. 6 to Lease Agreement L-7015 with J3 Harmon, LLC for County’s continued use of 8,000 square feet of office space and space for the East Mesa Justice Court located at 4811 East Julep, Suite 128, Mesa, AZ. This amendment extends the term of the Agreement six (6) months, commencing January 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the Agreement. During the 6-month extension period, the rental rate will remain the same at $20.50 per square foot. The County is responsible for the annual cost of electric service to the Premises above $2.00 per square foot. (C-24-99-006-4-07)
