9. REVISIONS TO POLICY A1511 CONSTABLES ORGANIZATION Approve revisions to Policy A1511 Constables Organization. The revisions will address changes in ARS § 22-104 establishes duties and term of the Presiding Constable and Associate Presiding Constable. ARS § 22-137 requiring the creation of standardized daily activity log. ARS § 11-445 mandates that standardized dally activity log be filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and eliminates the filing with the clerk of the justice court. This policy was originally approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 23, 2005 under C-25-05-003-6-00. (C-25-18-002-M-00)
