PRESENTATION REGARDING THE MARICOPA COUNTY CONSTABLES' WARRANTS PROGRAM This presentation will provide an update to the Board of Supervisors on the success of the Constables' pilot Warrants Program, which collects unpaid fines from defendants. These are defendants who had warrants issued for their arrests for failing to pay their fines.
