10. DONATION FROM ARIZONA PEACE OFFICERS STANDARDS AND TRAINING BOARD Accept the monetary donation from the Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training Board in the amount of $204.00. The Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training Board finds that it has the ability to provide reimbursement for the cost of ammunition used for firearm requalifications this year. Approve revenue and expenditure FY12 appropriation increases to Constables (250) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) associated with the donation in the amount of $204. Donations are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-25-12-002-D-00)
