FUNDING TRANSFER AUTHORITY FOR CONSTABLE SALARIES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer FY 2012 expenditure authority of $66,013 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to Constables (250) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). The purpose of this action is to fully fund the salary and benefits of Maricopa County Constables. Within the appropriated budget for Non-Departmental, the amount to be transferred will be deducted from Unreserved Contingency. (C-25-12-003-2-00)
