8. DONATION FROM ESS EYE PROTECTION Approve and accept the donation of eight pair of tactical sunglasses. The sunglasses are donated at no cost to Maricopa County. The Maricopa County Constables will issue the tactical sunglasses to Deputy Constables for their use. ESS Eye Pro Crossbow eye protection 8 @ $46.99 for a value of $375.92. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-25-19-005-D-00)
