18. MOU BETWEEN CONSTABLES AND ARIZONA SUPREME COURT, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS EACCESS Approve the eAccess Web Portal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Constables of Maricopa County (“Government Agency”) and the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) that formalizes a relationship between the parties concerning use of Local Government Agency Use of the Arizona Supreme Court eAccess Web Portal. Government Agency’s eAccess Web Portal subscription will provide access to certain Arizona superior court records for general civil and criminal cases filed on or after July 1, 2010 at no cost. The AOC may offer access to additional case types in the future. This is a non-financial agreement with no additional cost to be assessed to either party. The agreement shall begin upon execution and shall remain in effect until such time as the parties terminate the agreement. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time upon notice to the other party. (C-25-22-010-X-00)
