OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT AND OATHS OF OFFICE – DEPUTY CONSTABLES Pursuant to A.R.S.§22-131(C), retroactively approve the official appointment of the following Deputy Constables by the Presiding Constable. Each Deputy Constable is an AZPOST-certified peace officer. September 8, 2020 Darren Emfinger, Deputy Constable April 4, 2022 Steven Perkins, Deputy Constable October 10, 2022 Ramsen Isaac, Deputy Constable June 12, 2023 Carlos Gastelum, Deputy Constable December 11, 2023 Ralph Flores, Deputy Constable December 11, 2023 Anthony Neely, Deputy Constable A.R.S.§22-131(C)—Constables, with the consent of and at salaries fixed by the board of supervisors, may appoint deputies who are certified pursuant to section 41-1822, subsection A, paragraph 3, stenographers, clerks and assistants necessary to conduct the affairs of their offices.
