25. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT AND OATH OF OFFICE – DEPUTY CONSTABLE Pursuant to A.R.S.§22-131(C), approve the official appointment of the following Deputy Constable by the Presiding Constable. Every Deputy Constable is an AZPOST-certified peace officer. January 6, 2025 Daniel Kaufman, Deputy Constable A.R.S.§22-131(C)—Constables, with the consent of and at salaries fixed by the board of supervisors, may appoint deputies who are certified pursuant to section 41-1822, subsection A, paragraph 3, stenographers, clerks and assistants necessary to conduct the affairs of their offices.
