APPOINT NOMINEE TO VACATED SEAT OF CONSTABLE, WHITE TANK JUSTICE PRECINCT Pursuant to ARS §11-251(16), consider a nomination for appointment of a Constable for the White Tank Justice Precinct to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mark Sinclair, the previous Constable. This appointment shall be to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term which ends December 31, 2026.
