31. AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER Approve Amendment No. 1 to a Service Agreement between University of Arizona Health Sciences Center and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services. The purpose of this amendment is to add new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPPA") language. This amendment is effective from June 1, 2010 to July 1, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Service Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-26-03-007-0-01)
