15. GRANT BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS Approve an increase in the appropriated budget for Correctional Health Services (260) Correctional Health Grant Fund (292) Operating (0000) in the amount of $10,773 for revenues and expenditures. The appropriation adjustment is necessary because the carry forward amount of prior year grants and the award amounts of new grants differ from the amount approved in the FY 2009-10 Budget appropriation. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this budget does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Indirect costs are allowable at 5%. Adjustment is necessary to increase grant budget appropriation. (C-26-10-007-G-00)
