A-2. AGREEMENT WITH DIAMOND PHARMACY FOR SAPPHIRE EMAR SOFTWARE Approve an Agreement between Diamond Drugs, Inc, dba Diamond Pharmacy Services and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services, for the purpose of providing SAPPHIRE eMARE software at no charge as long as Diamond Drugs, Inc. has a primary pharmacy services agreement with the County. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective from April 27, 2011 until March 31, 2012. (C-26-11-009-3-00)
