17. CLINICAL EDUCATION AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX BAPTIST HOSPITAL Approve an Affiliation Agreement between Phoenix Baptist Hospital and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services. Correctional Health Services will receive compensation for this agreement estimated at $600 annually. The purpose of this Affiliation Agreement is to provide clinical experiences for students in the jail environment. This Affiliation Agreement is effective from January 1, 2012 until December 31, 2017. (C-26-12-005-3-00)
