35. TRANSFER OF FY2013 EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106B, approve a transfer of FY 2013 expenditure authority of $904,315 from Non-Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Operating (0000) from Contingency (4711) to Correctional Health Services (260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (0000). This action will have a county-wide impact of zero. This action is to allow for the 24/7 staffing coverage to accommodate an increase of Towers Jail population up to approximately 700 inmates. These funds will be used to fund 10.5 full-time staff and the costs relating to the usage of registry staff. (C-26-13-003-M-00)
