AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA Approve an Affiliation Agreement between The Regents of the University of California and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services, for the purpose of provide a clinical experience in the correctional health field for students. 27. RESCIND ACTION FOR AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA Rescind Board action of August 19, 2015 on agenda item C-26-16-002-3-00 approving a nonfinancial Affiliation Agreement between the Regents of the University of California (on behalf of University of California, San Francisco, School of Nursing, “UCSF”) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Correctional Health Services for the purpose of providing a clinical experience in the correctional health field for students. UCSF has declined to participate in the clinical experience program, and therefore the Agreement is not necessary. (C-26-16-002-3-01)
