24. DONATIONS FROM DIAMOND PHARMACY, BIOREFERENCE AND GILEAD SCIENCES, INC Accept the monetary donations from Diamond Pharmacy in the amount of $3,000, BioReference in the amount of $1,000 and Gilead Sciences, Inc. in the amount of $1,000 for the expenses related to the hosting of the annual Correctional Health Professional conference by Maricopa County in 2015. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-26-16-004-D-00)
