34. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S.§42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority between the Correctional Health Services (260) Detention Fund (255) Graves (GRV0) budget and the Correctional Health Services (260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (0000) budget in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000. This action will require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing FY 2016 Correctional Health Services (260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (0000) in the amount of not to exceed $1,300,000 and increasing the FY 2016 Correctional Health Services (260) Detention Fund (255) Graves (GRV0) by an amount of not to exceed $1,300,000. This adjustment is needed to move Pharmaceutical costs related to Graves requirements from operating into the Graves budget. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S.§42-17105.
