34. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA HEALTH-E CONNECTION FOR TREATMENT PROGRAM Approve an Agreement between the Arizona Health-e Connection (AzHeC) and Maricopa County administered by its Correctional Health Services Department and approve receipt of funds. The Correctional Health Services Department (CHS) as a local Opioid Treatment Program partner agreed to participate with AzHeC in the Opioid Treatment Program Service Continuity Project II and was awarded $40,000 in funds for its participation. The Agreement is retroactive to May 1, 2016 and shall expire on September 17, 2016. All funds collected under this agreement will be applied against the costs associated to the operation of the CHS Opioid Treatment Program. There are no indirect costs collected on this agreement. Any necessary adjustments to accommodate this item will be made through a future reconciliation. This agreement does not contain any County General funds. The County through its Correction Health Services Department operates an Opioid Treatment Program and makes opioid treatment services available to all patients when ordered by a Correctional Health Services qualified health professional.
