46. AMENDMENT TO MOU WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA - ADULT PROBATION DEPARTMENT Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Maricopa County Department of Correctional Health Services (MCCHS) and Maricopa County Superior Court of Arizona, through its Adult Probation Department (APD). CHS maintains an Electronic Health Record (EHR) software system that contains electronically stored health information about patients, including Protected Health Information (PHI). This MOU aims to set forth the terms and conditions under which APD can access CHS’ EHR system. The original agreement specified the brand name of the EHR, and CHS is transitioning to a new EHR system. As such, the brand name has been removed in favor of the more general EHR terminology. The MOU shall be renewed for an additional 10-year term from January 30, 2027, to January 30, 2037. (C-26-17-002-3-01)
