29. CORRECTIONAL HEALTH SERVICES GROUP BILLER REVENUE In accordance with ARS 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2017-18 Revised Budget: 1) Decrease the expenditure appropriation for the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Unreserved Contingency (4711) Non Recurring (NRNP) by $382,500. 2) Increase the revenue and expenditure appropriation for Correctional Health Services (D260) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring (NRNP) by $382,500. The increase in expenses is offset by an increase in revenues from Arizona Medicaid of $382,500. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Correctional Health participated in the Arizona Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program, which provides incentive payments to eligible professionals and hospitals as they demonstrate adoption, implementation, upgrading, or meaningful use of certified EHR technology. The reimbursement will be used for enhancement of Correctional Health technology and technology related services. (C-26-17-005-M-01)
