EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY ADJUSTMENT AND BUDGET TRANSFER In accordance with A.R.S §42-17106(B), authorize the following transfer of expenditure authority between appropriated funds: a) Decrease the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Correctional Health (D260) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) by $900,000. b) Increase the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency in the line “Unassigned Contingency” (4711) by $900,000. c) Increase the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) by $1,200,000. d) Decrease the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) Contingency in the line “Correctional Health Services Budget Adjustment Contingency” (4711) by $500,000. e) Decrease the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) Contingency in the line “Criminal Justice Contingency (CHS)” (4711) by $700,000. f) Increase the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) CHS Graves Adjustment Non Recurring (GRV1) by $300,000. g) Decrease the FY 2018 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring (NRNP) Contingency in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) by $300,000. These actions will have a County-wide impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The Correctional Health Detention Fund Operating appropriation is over budget due to an increase in Registry and ambulance claim costs. The Correctional Health Detention Fund Graves appropriation is over budget due to high pharmaceutical costs for the mental health population. (C-26-18-005-2-00)
