55. AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM HOSPITALIZATION Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (CHS ) . The purpose of this Amendment is to change rates and quarterly estimate of State Match Advance Payments. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The purpose of this Amendment is for CHS and AHCCCS to jointly develop, and mutually agreed upon, an eligibility application and determination process that complies with both Federal and State Laws, regulation, rules and appropriate CMS approval, and to adjudicate and pay claims for covered services provided to Members in accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and rules.
