19. DONATION FROM OTSUKA AMERICA PHARM, INC. FOR LONG ACTING INJECTABLE Accept the donation of twenty-five (25) Abilify Maintena Dual Chamber 400mg Long Acting Injectable (LAI) Anti-Psychotic medications. These LAI's are donated at no cost to Maricopa County. Maricopa County Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS) will utilize LAI medications to treat patients who may benefit from these types of pharmaceuticals. The donation value of the LAI's is as follows: Name Dosage Quantity Cost Per Dosage Total Value Abilify Maintena Dual Chamber 400mg 25 $2,014.32 $50,358.00 Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
