53. DONATION FROM OTSUKA AMERICA PHARM, INC FOR LONG ACTING INJECTABLES Accept the donation of one hundred eighty-nine (189) Long Acting Injectable (LAI) Anti-Psychotic medications. These LAI's are donated at no cost to Maricopa County. Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS) will utilize LAI medications to treat patients who may benefit from these types of pharmaceuticals. Name Dosage Quantity Cost Per Dosage Total Value Abilify Maintena 400mg Dual Chamber 189 $2,014.32 $380,706.48 Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-26-20-003-D-00)
