DONATION FROM OTSUKA AMERICA PHARM, INC FOR LONG ACTING INJECTABLE Accept the donation of three-hundred eight (308) Abilify Maintena 400mg Prefilled Dual Chamber Long Acting Injectable (LAI) Anti-Psychotic medications. These LAI's are donated at no cost to Maricopa County, from Otsuka America Pharm, Inc. Maricopa County by and through Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS) will utilize LAI medications to treat patients who may benefit from these types of pharmaceuticals. The donation value of the LAI's is as follows: Name -- Dosage -- Quantity -- Cost Per Dosage -- Total Value Abilify Maintena-400mg Prefilled Dual Chamber-308-$2,014.32-$620,410.56 Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore expenditures or these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-26-20-006-D-00)
