18. FY 21 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR INTAKE RELEASE FACILITY Pursuant to A.R.S 42-17106(B), approve the following appropriation adjustments to the FY21 budget. Direct the Budget Office to adjust the FY 2021 budget as follows: 1. Decrease the FY 2021 expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) budget in the line “CHS Contingency” (4711) by $312,151. 2. Increase the FY 2021 expenditure authority for the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) by $312,151. The funding is for two Nurse Practitioners. The FY20 contingency for the ITR will not be necessary as the department is forecasting salary and other expenditure savings and will absorb those costs within the current budget appropriation.
