AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH WILKES UNIVERSITY Approve a(n) Affiliation Agreement between Wilkes University and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services, for the purpose of MCDCHS providing clinical experiences for Wilkes University students as part of their overall education. MCDCHS and Wilkes University will both benefit to cooperate in the educational preparation of students, to promote excellence in patient care, to ensure professional competence, and to provide maximum utilization of community resources.
