29. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA AT BIRMINGHAM Approve the Affiliation Agreement between the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and Maricopa County by and through the Department of Correctional Health Services (MCDCHS), for the purpose of MCDCHS providing clinical experiences for UAB Students as part of their overall education. MCDCHS and UAB will benefit to cooperate in the educational preparation of Students, so as to promote excellence in patient care, to ensure professional competence, and to provide maximum utilization of community resources. This Affiliation Agreement is non-financial and is effective from March 24th, 2021 until March 23rd, 2026. (C-26-21-002-X-00)
