AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH A.T STILL UNIVERSITY FOR CLINICAL ROTATIONS Approve an Affiliation Agreement between A.T Still University Arizona School of Health Sciences and Maricopa County through the Department of Correctional Health Services, for the purpose of conducting clinical rotations. This Affiliation Agreement is non-financial and is effective from March 1, 2023 and shall have an initial term of five years. This agreement is set to expire on February 28, 2028. (C-26-23-015-X-00)
